FOUNDATION DIRECTOR
Marija Šarić is the director of Wings of Hope Foundation, a professor of philosophy and sociology, and a master of gestalt psychotherapy. Dedicated, empathetic, and visionary, through her work she continuously advocates for changes that empower individuals and communities. With rich experience in organizational management, Marija is the key driving force behind numerous initiatives aimed at supporting marginalized groups.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Siniša Sajević, Executive Director of Wings of Hope Foundation, holds a master’s degree in human rights and democracy and is a gestalt therapist. Dedicated to working with war victims and marginalized groups, he stands out for his deep understanding of social challenges and commitment to creating positive change. His expertise and empathetic approach enable him to provide support to those who need it most, building bridges toward a more inclusive society.
SOCIAL WORKER
Nejla Zejnilagić, master of social work and project manager of the Safe House for LGBTIQ+ persons, is dedicated to providing support and safety to the most vulnerable. Her experience in working with marginalized communities, as well as her sensitivity to social justice, make her a key pillar in creating spaces where everyone can find protection and acceptance.
