A key feature will be creation of links and continuous cooperation with public authorities.
These activities are meant for reaching out to media and through them to the wider public. Activities will include media work, use of social networks, using creative communications and art to reach out and present complex problems in a simple manner, building partnership with media, developing contacts with journalists.
6. Organisational capacity building
Organisational capacity is one of the cornerstones for efficient advocacy work. This is why the project will aim at strengthening the organisational capacity of the partners. Although apart from the content-related activities, this cluster will bring support to the CSOs in dealing with internal governance, transparency, strategic planning, funding strategies, communications, advocacy, research.
The purpose of Work package 7 is to bring together activities, which are needed to ensure coordinated, efficient, successful and timely implementation of the action. By doing this it will set up the management framework for the action in order to coordinate partners and their activities, monitor the progress of the action and its financial/administrative aspects, ensure proper communication between the partners, manage risks and problems that might arise during the implementation, deliver the regular progress reports and ensure a good communication with the funder.
